A floating GNOME-on-Wayland panel that brings OpenCode into the desktop without breaking the workflow: it appears with Super+Enter, keeps one tmux session per folder and alerts when the agent needs attention. A systemd user watcher detects segfaults, OOM kills, GPU resets, hung tasks and unexpected reboots in the kernel journal, saves the evidence and asks a read-only agent to produce a report that separates proven facts from inference, proposes a fix and explains its rollback. Everything runs in user space, with no telemetry and no system changes without permission.
