A full manuscript that openly constructs a rigorous mathematical system in which every natural number converges to 7 by design, developing its theory with the apparatus of a conventional paper: proven universal convergence, an exact closed form for convergence time, optimal band, extremal values (powers of 2 and Mersenne numbers), uniform distribution over dyadic octaves and exhaustive computational verification up to 10⁷.
